Having produced a detailed cost plan for your project we will take your development right through to completion.

We will work with either your selected project management and design team or our approved professional team to prepare bid packages and evaluate the subcontractors' submitted proposals.
Upon selection of the subcontract we will document and supervise the work through to handover.

You will be provided with monthly updates on the progress of your project, digital photographs on the advancement of the development, written reports and detailed cash-flow statements. Your project will be completed on time and to a high standard of quality. .

General Contracting

Courcheval Limited will take your development from tender stage through to final completion.

We will submit our compliant bid for your project and if requested we will work with those involved value-engineer the entire scheme. The savings produced could reflect benefits of both time and money on the overall project.

Upon contract award we will provide quality assurance plans, construction method statements and risk assessments together with construction and procurement programmes.

Our experienced staff are able to take full ownership of the scheme giving you a single point of contact.

You will be provided with monthly updates on the progress of your project that will include photographs showing the advancement of the development, written monthly reports and detailed cash-flow statements.
